水力旋流器作為一種常見的分離分級設備,其工作原理是離心沉降,當待分離的兩相(或三相)混合液以一定壓力從給礦口切線方向(或漸開線)進入旋流器后,產生強烈的三維橢圓型強旋轉剪切旋流流動。由于粗顆粒(或重相)與細顆粒(或輕相)之間存在粒度差(或密度差),在離心力、向心力、浮力、流體阻力等作用下大部分粗顆粒(或重相)按螺旋軌跡下旋到底部,作為沉砂從沉砂口排出。細顆粒(輕相)在中心形成內螺旋礦流向上運動,作為溢流從溢流管排出。
All of the spinning action, and the resultant centrifugal force, is caused by the flow through the inlet branch being tangentical the feed box. Naturally, the higher the inlet pressure the greater the rotational speed and the greater the centrifugal force, which is commonly many times that of gravity. Solids are flung to the wall of the cyclone cone and spiral down to the spigot. The bulk of the liquid spirals upwards and leaves the cyclone through the vortex finder, the fraction leaving through the spigot being determined by the spigot to vortex finder relationship. The only solids to escape with the bulk of the water are the particles which are so fine that the entrainment or drag forces are not overcome by the centrifugal forces. Thus, for any given inlet pressure/rotational speed there is a cut size at which the drag and centrifugal forces are in balance. Particles finer than this cut size are dragged with the bulk of the liquid through the vortex finder, and particles coarser than the cut sixe report to the spigot.
水力旋流器廣泛用于工業:非金屬礦、高嶺土、選礦、石油、化工、洗煤廠、造紙,污水處理等行業用于澄清、濃縮分級、脫砂、脫泥、脫水、分選、分離等。具有高效,節能并將逐步替代螺旋分級機作業。
Application of Hydrocycolone: Hydrocycolone is widely applied in industries such as nonmetallic mining, kaolin, ore dressing, petroleum, chemical, coal washing, paper making, sewage treatment for clarification, concentration and classification, desliming, dewatering, sorting, separation, etc. It is highly efficient and energy saving. This type of equipment gradually replaces spiral classifiers.

3. Structural Features of Hydrocycolone
(1)產品用聚氨酯彈性體材料制作內襯,具有耐磨性強,重量輕,不為酸、堿、鹽溶液腐蝕,不易老化,不發生銹蝕等優點。但不應在大于80℃時工作。
(1) The linings of such product are made of polyurethane elastomer materials. They enjoy advantages such as strong abrasion resistance, light weight, no corrosion by acid, alkali or salt solutions, no aging easily, and no rusting. However, they shall not work at temperature of higher than 80℃.
(2)本產品適用于含固體泥漿(包括低黏度溶液)的顆粒分級、濃縮、脫泥及水質凈化作業,可用于選礦廠的閉路磨礦分級,尾砂輸送或用于井下充填、筑壩時的尾礦濃縮,非金屬礦及化工原料的粉體制備,油田鉆井泥漿的除凈化,環保廢水處理等作業。
(2) This kind of product applies to size grading, concentration, desliming, and water purification of mud containing solid (including low-viscosity solution), close circuit of grinding and tailing transportation at ore dressing plants, tailing thickening during underground filling and damming, powder preparation of nonmetallic ores and chemical raw materials, purification of oilfield drilling mud, wastewater treatment, etc.
(3)聚氨酯由模具澆柱而成,因此內部幾何形狀尺寸準確,內表面非常光滑。
(3) Polyurethane is cast by moulds. Therefore, its internal geometry size is accurate and internal surface is very smooth.
(4)給料口的形狀采用螺旋線進料或漸開線進料,因此進料過程中能獲得預分離作用,提高分離效率。
(4) The shape of feed inlet is spiral line or involute. Therefore, preseparation effects can be achieved during the material feeding process and separating efficiency can be improved.
(5)合理的流道結構、光滑的內表面,盡可能少的泄露點等,使得水力旋流器凈化效果好,安裝簡單,維修方便。
(5) Reasonable flow passage, smooth internal surface, fewest possible leakage points, etc enable the hydrocyclone to produce good clarification effects and be easy for installation and maintenance.
(6)據工藝流程需要,經計算和試驗確定適當的溢流管徑和沉砂口徑。
(6) According to the needs of process flow, appropriate diameter of overflow pipe and diameter of spigot are determined according to calculation and test.
