NXZ型液壓提升高效濃縮機(jī) High-effciency thickener with hydro-lifting
NXZ型濃縮機(jī)是引進(jìn)美國技術(shù)研制的一種新型中心傳動、自動提耙高效濃縮機(jī)。廣泛適用于處理各種工業(yè)料漿,如煤炭、金屬選礦水、化工料漿等。
NXZ thinkener is a kind of new high-efficiency thinkener with center drive and automatic rake lifting developed through American technology. They are widely used to treat all kinds of industrial slurry such as coal, metal ore dressing water and chemical slurry.
主要特點(diǎn):1、處理量大,濃縮效率高,處理量可達(dá)2.5-4m3/㎡h,采用深層入料、平流沉降技術(shù),減少了沉降高度、降低固相顆粒動能。配有加藥裝置,進(jìn)料管中設(shè)置靜態(tài)混合器及三個加藥點(diǎn),使藥劑與物料充分混合,絮凝沉降效果。
Main Characteristics: 1. Its handling capacity is large (as high as 2.5-4m3/㎡h) and concentration efficiency is high. It adopts deep feeding and horizontal flow settlement technology which reduce the settling height and kinetic energy of solid particles. It is equipped with drug-feeding equipment. Static mixers and three drug-feeding points are set in the feeding pipe to enable intensive mixing of reagent and materials and flocculation settling results.
2、液壓雙驅(qū)動,無級調(diào)速,機(jī)械強(qiáng)度高,并具有過載保護(hù)功能,中心傳動裝置結(jié)構(gòu)為兩個液壓馬達(dá)減速機(jī)同步驅(qū)動中心回轉(zhuǎn)支承外齒圈,從而帶動主軸及耙架旋轉(zhuǎn),并可無級調(diào)速,滿足不同工況要求。主軸為大直徑厚壁管軸,機(jī)械強(qiáng)度高,穩(wěn)定性好。傳動箱蓋位于油面之上,永不漏油,傳動裝置潤滑良好。設(shè)有壓力控制裝置,過載自動停機(jī),不會毀壞設(shè)備。
2. It features hydraulic double driving, stepless speed regulation, and high mechanical strength. Besides, it is equipped with overload protection function. The structure of center transmission devices is two hydraulic motor speed reducers which simultaneously drive external gear rings of slewing bearing so as to drive the rotation of main shaft and rake. Besides, speed can be regulated steplessly to meet requirements of different working conditions. The main shaft is one with
large diameter and thick wall which enjoys high mechanical strength and good stability. The transmission case cover is above the oil level. Oil can never be leaked. The lubrication of transmission device is good. It is also equipped with pressure control device and will shut down automatically in case of overload. Hence the equipment will not be damaged.
3、液壓自動提耙裝置和液壓驅(qū)動裝置共用一個組合式液壓泵站,以油壓反應(yīng)刮泥阻力,主軸及耙架會隨刮泥阻力變化自動升降,不會壓耙。
3. The hydraulic automatic rake lifting device and hydraulic transmission device share one combined type hydraulic power unit which indicate sludge scraping resistance with oil pressure. The main shaft and rake will go up and down automatically with the change of sludge scraping resistance. They will not press the rake.
4、設(shè)置消泡機(jī)構(gòu),溢流水濃度降低池面泡沫,細(xì)物料充分沉淀,很少進(jìn)入溢流,溢流水變清。
4. Defoaming mechanism is installed. The concentration of overflow water reduces and no foam appears on the surface of the tank. Fine materials fully precipitate; overflow water get in very seldom. The overflow water becomes clean.
5、傳動裝置結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、維修方便。
