一、概述
CGSL-1000干式振動高梯度磁選機是我國第一臺連續運轉、干法選礦的高梯度磁選機,適用于非金屬礦物(高嶺土、石英砂、長石等)的干法磁選除鐵。它通過連續振動給礦、連續振動分選、連續振動排礦的方式進行非金屬礦物的提純。
干法磁選工藝是一種簡單經濟的加工工藝,非金屬礦物經過干法磁選工藝不需要經過濃縮、脫水和干燥程序就能成為產品,可以大大節省投資和生產成本。
1. Introduction
CGSL-1000 Dry Vibratory High Gradient Magnetic Separator is the first continuously dry-processing high gradient magnetic separator in China . It is fit for removing iron from non-metallic ores like Kaolin, Quatz and Fluorspar with dry magnetic separation. It feeds, separates and discharges continuously with vibration for purifying non-metallic ores.
Technology of dry magnetic separation is a simple but economic processing method. Non-metallic ores can become products without procedures of concentration, dewater and dry. So, it saves up investment and production cost.
二、設備構造
干式磁選機要實現干法選礦,首先要解決的問題是干礦的流動問題。為解決這一難題,該設備采用的了振動給礦、連續振動分選、振動排出磁性物的全新思路,較為圓滿地解決了這一難題。如圖1所示,CGSL干式振動高梯度磁選機主要由轉環、磁軛、激磁線圈、機架、轉環振動電機,給礦斗振動電機、振動機構、輪胎聯軸器、限位機構等組成。
2. Structure
CGSL-1000 Dry Vibratory High Gradient Magnetic Separator mainly consists of separating ring, magnetic yoke, energizing coils, support frame, vibrating frame, vibrating mechanism, ring-vibrating motor, tire coupling, feed system, concentrate box, position-limit mechanism and vibrating motor for feed as shown in Fig.1
三、工作原理
干礦進入給料系統后,在給礦斗振動電機的作用下,沿上磁軛縫隙進入分選區。轉環支撐在振動機構的主振彈簧上,靠輪胎連軸器傳遞扭矩。在轉環振動電機的作用下,轉環一邊振動,一邊連續旋轉。轉環內裝有磁介質盒,磁性礦被吸附在磁介質盒上,非磁性礦在轉環振動力作用下穿過轉環,進入非磁性礦斗排出機外。磁性礦隨著轉環轉動脫離磁場,在轉環振動力作用下脫離轉環,被收集到磁性礦斗。磁性礦斗也隨轉環一起振動,從而將磁性礦排出機外。 整個分選和排礦過程都是在干式環境下進行的。礦粉的流動靠振動力實現。
3. Principle of Operation
Dry ore is fed into the separating zone along the slots of upper magnetic yoke under the force of vibrating motor for feed from feed system. Separating ring is mounted on the main vibrating spring of the vibrating mechanism and torque is transmitted by tire coupling. The ring rotates continuously and vibrates as well by the force of vibrating motor. The magnetic particles are captured by matrix, which are mounted on the ring, and non-magnetic particles just pass through the ring and enter into tail box being discharged from the machine under the force of vibrating ring. Magnetic particles drop into the concentrate box from the separating ring under the force of vibrating ring after they go far away from magnetic field with the ring rotation. And the concentrate box also vibrates with the ring to let magnetic particles flow out of the machine. The whole course of separation and discharge is done in dry circumstance. And minerals flow by vibrating force.
