SHY-I實驗室回轉窯適用于冶金、地質、礦山、化工、建材等部門。對物樣進行焙燒燒結試驗。和傳統的馬沸爐,管式爐相比,它的****優點在于爐管是轉動的,物樣在加工過程中,不停地翻動,因此加工質量好,效率高,并且取得的實驗數據較接近于生產狀態。由于回轉窯可以連續進出料,所以加工大量物樣時,更能顯示其優越性。同時,該產品也能應用于半工業性生產。另外旋轉爐管的兩端采取了密封措施,所以在使用過程中還可以通入氧化,還原等必要的氣體。本產品由原地礦部唯一指定企業生產,執行行業標準。

SHY-I Laboratory Rotary Kiln is applicable for tests of calcination and sintering of samples in metallurgical,geological, mine, chemical, building material and other industries. Compared with the traditional muffle furnace and tube furnace, the most important advantage of the kiln is that the furnace tube is rotating. In the processing of materials, the furnace tube keeps rotating with the resultant good quality and high efficiency of the processing and the test data obtained relatively similar to the production state. Given continuous material charging and discharging for the rotary kiln, processing of massive materials can more display its advantages. It also can be employed in pilot plant production . In addition, the rotary kiln tube is sealed off at its both ends and therefore, gases necessary for oxidation and reduction can be sent into it during operation . The product is made by the only manufacturer designated by the former Ministry of Geology and Mineral Resources, in compliance with the Industrial standards.
Laboratory Rotary Kiln consists of two parts: part one kiln body; part two electric control box. The kiln body is divided into two sections of electrical furnace body and dynamic rotation with the kiln body constructed of clayed circular hearth uniformly inserted with 9 silicon carbon rods along the circular axis( one group made up of 3 rods and Y connection for every 3 groups). High aluminum ceramic furnace tube is installed in the silicon carbon rod. After being energized, the silicon carbon rod will generate high temperature to heat the furnace tube.

三、結構及工作原理
III. Structure and Working Principle
實驗室回轉窯分兩部分:第一部分是窯體;第二部分是電器控制箱。窯體部分又分為電爐爐體和動力轉動兩部分,爐體部分采用粘土質園形爐膛,沿園周軸向均勻插9根硅碳棒(每三根串聯成一組,三組按“Y”接線)高鋁質的陶瓷爐管又置于硅碳棒內周,通電后硅碳棒產生高溫,加熱爐管。
Laboratory rotary kiln is composed of two parts, namely kiln body and electrical control cabinet. Kiln body is composed of electric furnace body and rotating part. The furnace is provided with a round hearth made of clay. Nine silicon carbide rods are inserted evenly in axial direction around the circle (three connected in series compose one group, and the three groups are connected through Y-shaped connection). Around the inner circle of silicon carbide rod are high-aluminum ceramic furnace tubes which are heated by silicon carbide rod after the power supply is connected.
動力部分采用一臺0.6KW 的調速電機,通過減速箱,帶動傳動軸,又經過鏈條帶動爐管旋轉。加料器和傳動軸間設置了一個三檔變速器,使給料量增加了調節的余地。電機和減速箱設置在爐體下面,整體較為緊湊。
Power part is provided with a 0.6KW speed regulating motor that drives the transmission shaft through reduction gearbox, and then it drives the furnace tube to rotate through chains. A three-shift transmission is mounted between feeder and transmission shaft, enabling the feeding amount to be adjustable. The motor and reduction gearbox are under furnace body, and the overall structure is relatively compact.
整個回轉窯的電器部分,集中在控制箱內,由爐子上熱電偶測得的電訊號進入控制箱,通過它可以實現溫度調節和自動控制,調速電機也由控制箱上的儀表實行無級調速。
Electrical parts of the whole rotary kiln are concentrated in control cabinet. The electric signal detected by thermocouple of furnace gets into control cabinet and performs temperature regulation and automatic control. The speed regulating motor performs stepless speed regulation through the instrument on control cabinet.
