本儀器主要用于測定煤、焦炭、鋼鐵和各種礦物質中的全硫含量，可供煤炭、電力、冶金和地質勘探等部門的化驗室使用。

本儀器根據庫侖滴定法原理設計，全部測試過程采用單片機自動控制，自動判斷滴定終點，停電數據不會丟失。并可對測試數據進行多種校正和處理，同時打印測定結果，所以具有操作簡單、自動化程度高、測定迅速、結果準確等特點。采用大屏幕漢字顯示，儀器更趨人性化，鍵盤操作簡單，易學易用，整機采用一體化結構設計，重量輕，性能穩定。
