DZ型電熱蒸餾器用于電加熱飲用自來水，以蒸餾方法制取純水。可供醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生、制藥、電鍍以及實(shí)驗(yàn)室等部門使用。本產(chǎn)品由原地礦部唯一指定企業(yè)生產(chǎn)，執(zhí)行行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

DZ型電熱蒸餾器使用方便，操作簡單，更具特色的采用優(yōu)質(zhì)進(jìn)口不銹鋼材料、經(jīng)過特殊處理，精心加工而成。這不僅充分保證了蒸餾水的質(zhì)量，而且也大大提高了使用壽命。

DZ Electrothermal Distillatory is employed to electrically heat potable tap water for producing pure water with distillation method for use by medical and hygienic departments, pharmaceutical and electroplating industries, lab. and others. The product is made by the only manufacturer designated by the former Ministry of Geology and Mineral Resources, in compliance with the Industrial standards.

DZ Electrothermal Distillatory is easy to use and simple in operation .The most important feature is that it is made up of the imported quality stainless steel and is subject to special treatment and meticulous machining, which fully ensures the quality of distilled water and significant increase its service life .

二、結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)

II. Structural Features

本產(chǎn)品主要由不銹鋼蒸發(fā)鍋、冷凝器、電氣裝置三部分組成。

This product is mainly composed of stainless steel evaporation pan, condenser and electric installation.

（一）蒸發(fā)鍋：

(I) Evaporation pan:

本部件用優(yōu)質(zhì)不銹鋼薄板，經(jīng)過滾壓，延伸與先進(jìn)的焊接方法加工而成，鍋內(nèi)水位超過限定位置能自動(dòng)溢出、鍋身與鍋蓋有氣密裝置。設(shè)有擋帽，能有效地防止蒸氣 帶水滴而影響蒸餾水質(zhì)。鍋內(nèi)水垢可用酸、液洗刷，清除方便徹底，鍋右側(cè)裝有放水旋塞。可隨時(shí)放去存水。

This component is fabricated of high quality stainless steel sheet through rolling, extension and advanced welding technique. The water will automatically flow out in case the water level inside the pan exceeds the limit. Pan body and cover are provided with airtight device. Barrier cap is designed to effectively prevent the steam with drip influencing the distilled water quality. The scale inside the pan can be conveniently and thoroughly removed through acid and liquid. With the drain cock at the right side of evaporation pan, the cumulated water can be drained at any time.

（二）冷凝器：

(II) Condenser

本部件用優(yōu)質(zhì)不銹鋼薄板和國際流行的不銹鋼盤管制成，結(jié)構(gòu)合理，熱交換率高，且易于拆卸，便于洗刷內(nèi)部水垢。

This component is made of high quality stainless steel sheet and international pop stainless steel coil, featuring rational structure, high heat-exchange efficiency, removal easiness and convenient removal of internal scale.

（三）加熱部分：

(III) Heating section:

本部件由浸入式電熱管組成，電熱管為T4紫銅護(hù)套；表面鍍以純錫；經(jīng)久耐用；安裝在蒸發(fā)鍋內(nèi)部底。

This component is composed of immersion type heating tube with T4 red copper sleeve plated with pure tin for long service life. It is mounted at the internal bottom of evaporation pan.

使用時(shí)切勿斷水！

Do not cut off the water flow during operation!

三、使用方法

III. Operation Method

1、先將防水閥（7）關(guān)閉。

1. Turn off water prevention valve (7) first.

2、開啟水源閥（1）使自來水從進(jìn)入控制閥（4）進(jìn)入冷凝器（3）再從回水管流入漏斗后，注入蒸發(fā)鍋（6）。直至水位上升到玻璃水位窗（5）中心處。待水位放水管（10）流出且其水位停止上升時(shí)，可暫時(shí)將水源閥（1）關(guān)閉。

2. Open water supply valve (1) to enable the tap water flow into condenser (3) from control valve (4) and then to evaporation pan (6) through after flowing into hopper via return pipe until the water level rises to the middle of water level window (5). The water supply valve (1) can be closed temporarily when the water flows out from discharge pipe and the water level stops rising.

3、接通電源，等到鍋內(nèi)的餓水已沸騰，再開啟水源閥（1）。但應(yīng)注意水流不宜過大過小，應(yīng)從小到大逐漸開啟水源閥門，調(diào)即到蒸餾水出大量****，加水杯有小量溢出為宜。蒸餾水溫度為40oC左右。

3. Turn on the power supply and open the water supply valve (1) again when the water in pan boils. It should be noted that the water flow shall not be excessively high or low. For this, the water supply valve shall be opened gradually from “l(fā)ow” to “high”. It is recommended that output of distilled water reach the peak level and there should be a small quantity of overflow at the water cup. The temperature of distilled water is around 40℃.

4、蒸餾水出水皮管不宜過大，并切勿插入蒸餾水容器之中皮管使用前應(yīng)洗刷潔凈并用蒸餾水重洗，且應(yīng)保持暢通以防止窒塞蒸汽而造成漏水溢水

4. The outlet hose of distilled water shall not be over-sized, and shall not be inserted into distilled water container. Before use, the hose shall be cleaned and then washed again with distilled water. It shall maintain a smooth flow so as to prevent the leakage and overflow due to cumulated steam.

5、冷凝器外壁有燙手感，為正常，否則將無蒸餾水流出。

5. It is normal to feel hot at the outside wall of condenser. Otherwise, it means no distilled water flows out.
