SX2型箱式電爐均系周期作業式節能電爐,升溫快,空載損耗小,爐溫均勻性好,供化學分析、物理測定,以及金屬、陶瓷的燒結、溶解、小型鋼件熱處理等加熱用。使用時,爐溫需通過配套之溫度控制器進行測量、指示和自動控制。
SX2 Box Electric Furnace is periodical operation- type energy conservation electric furnace with quick temperature rise, less loss of no load and good uniformity of furnace temperature for sintering and dissolution of metal and ceramic as well as heating treatment of small steel parts. The furnace temperature is measured, indicated and auto-controlled through its matching temperature controller.
一、用途
I. Purpose
本系列電阻爐均系周期作業式,供實驗室、工礦企業、科研等單位作元素分析測定和一般小型鋼件淬火、退火、回火等熱處理時加熱用。另其額定溫度為1300℃的高溫箱式電阻爐,可以作為合金鋼的熱處理及金屬燒結、熔解、分析等高溫加熱用。
This cyclical-operation type resistance furnace is designed for element analysis and determination by laboratory, industrial and mining enterprises and research institutions and the heat treatment like quenching, annealing and tempering of general small steel pieces. Additionally, the 1300℃ high-temperature cabinet type resistance furnace can be used for heat treatment of alloy steel, metal sintering, melting and analysis.
二、結構簡介
II. Structure
爐體由角鋼及鋼板制成,爐膛采用耐火材料燒結成形,爐膛與爐體之間砌筑輕質磚,950℃、1000℃的電爐發熱元件分布在爐膛周圍,1300℃的爐子發熱分布在爐內膛室兩側,為了操作安全,1300℃的電阻爐均裝有爐門開關,當爐門打開時,電爐自動切斷電源,因此,只有在爐門關閉后才能加熱工作,950℃、1000℃的電阻爐在使用時,取放物體,請切斷電源。
Furnace body is made of angle steel and steel plate. Hearth is sinter molded with refractory material. Light-weight brick is arranged between hearth and furnace body. Around the hearth are 950℃ and 1000℃ heating elements. For the furnace rated at 1300℃, the heating elements are arranged at both sides of hearth. For the sake of operation safety, all resistance furnace rated at 1300℃ are equipped with door switch. The power supply of furnace will be cut off immediately after the door is opened. As a result, the heating operation cannot be performed in case the door is open. During the operation of furnaces rated at 950℃ and 1000℃, the power supply shall be disconnected when taking and placing objects.
