1、外殼采用優(yōu)質(zhì)冷軋鋼板制成，表面采用靜電噴涂工藝、外觀新穎、堅(jiān)固耐用。

Electric Thermostatic Drier is applicable for drying, baking, wax melting and sterilization in institutes of higher learning, mine, factory, medical organization and research institute, etc. The product is made by the only manufacturer designated by the former Ministry of Geology and Mineral Resources, in compliance with the Industrial standards.

1.The shell is constructed of quality cold rolled steel sheet and the surface treated with electrostatic spray process.It is original in appearance, robust and durable. 

2. The working chamber is made up of quality stainless steel sheet or cold rolled galvanized steel sheet with high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance , smoke free and other advantages.

3. It has a rational forced ventilation circulation or natural convection ventilation structure with uniform indoor temperature for the working chamber.

4. Movable drawing meshwork is available with addition of space for material storage in the box.

5.A observation window of double –layer toughened glass is provided in the middle of box door to observe the situation of the heated materials in the working chamber.

一、用　途：

I. Purpose:

101型電熱干燥箱最高工作溫度為300℃ ，它適用于烘焙、干燥熱處理或其他加熱用。也是試驗(yàn)室常備儀器。

With the maximum working temperature of 300℃, the electric thermostatic drier model 101 is designed for baking, dry heat treatment or other types of heating. It is the standing instrument in laboratory.

干燥箱之工作溫度可由室溫升30℃起至最高溫度止，在此范圍內(nèi)可任意選定工作溫度，選定后可借箱內(nèi)自動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng)使溫度恒溫。

The working temperature of drier may change from room temperature to 30℃ and then to the maximum temperature. Within this range, the working temperature can be arbitrarily selected. The selected temperature will be kept constant by automatic control system inside the drier.

202型電熱干燥箱工作室內(nèi)借冷熱空氣之比重動(dòng)向促成對(duì)流，使室內(nèi)溫度更加均勻。

Electric drier model 202 realizes the convection by taking advantage of the density difference between hot and cold air inside the working chamber so as to make the chamber temperature more uniform.

101A型鼓風(fēng)干燥箱裝有電動(dòng)鼓風(fēng)機(jī)，促使室內(nèi)熱空氣機(jī)械對(duì)流，使室內(nèi)溫度更加均勻。

Provided with a motor-driven blower, the drier model 101A realize the mechanical convection of hot air inside chamber so as to make the chamber temperature more uniform.

101A型鼓風(fēng)干燥箱是101型的更新產(chǎn)品。采用了最新穎的數(shù)字顯示儀表進(jìn)行測(cè)溫，控溫靈敏、準(zhǔn)確、清晰直觀。101A型除測(cè)溫、控溫方式和101型不同外，其余結(jié)構(gòu)、性能、規(guī)格均相同。

Drier model 101A, as the updated version of model 101, adopts the latest digital instruments for temperature measurement, featuring sensitive, accurate and straightforward temperature control. The temperature measurement and control mode of model 101A is different from that of model 101; however, other structures, properties and specifications are the same as model 101.

干燥箱由薄鋼板構(gòu)成，工作室與箱體外殼間以玻璃纖維作保溫層材料。箱門間有一玻璃窗，以供觀察工作內(nèi)之情況。

The drying cabinet is made of steel sheet. The insulating layer between working chamber and cabinet shell is composed of fiber glass. Between the doors is a glass window for observing the situation in working chamber.

開啟箱頂排氣閥可使工作室溫之冷熱空氣得以對(duì)流交換，溫度控制用熱脹式控制器或數(shù)字顯示儀表自動(dòng)恒溫調(diào)節(jié)。全部電氣操縱設(shè)備均裝于箱側(cè)控制層內(nèi)?？刂茖佑袀?cè)門可以卸下，以備檢查或修理線路時(shí)用。

The convective exchange between hot and cold air inside working chamber is available when the exhaust valve at the top of cabinet is opened. Automatic thermostatic control is realized through thermal expansion controller or digital instruments. All electric control devices are mounted in control layer beside the cabinet which is provided with a removable side door for line check or maintenance.

電熱器裝于箱體內(nèi)工作窒下，共分二組，即“加熱1”、“加熱2”，并有指示燈指示加熱工作，燈亮表示電熱器工作，燈滅表示加熱停止。

Electric heaters are mounted in two groups, i.e. HEATING 1 and HEATING 2, under working chamber, and are provided with indicator lamps; ON means the heater is working, and OFF means the heating has been stopped.
