XBSL型立式砂泵主要用于實驗室輸送礦漿和排尾礦，也可用于選煤廠輸送介質，鋁廠輸送高溫易結晶的料漿以及水泥廠輸送料等物料。本產品由原地礦部唯一指定企業生產，執行行業標準。

XBSL型立式砂泵由泵體、軸承座、立軸之下端固體連接葉輪在滾動軸承中旋轉。軸承座的兩端被壓蓋和滾動軸承壓緊，同時必須將軸承的潤滑油封住不漏，泵體內上裝有電動機支架及電動機，通過三角帶傳動葉輪在泵室內旋轉，利用葉輪的壓力把礦漿壓出。為了防止礦砂滲入軸承在主軸上裝有離心輪。

XBSL Vertical Sand Pump is to convey mineral slurry and discharge tailings as well as transport medium for coal washery and high temperature, easy- crystal slurry for aluminum plant and materials for cement factory. The product is made by the only manufacturer designated by the former Ministry of Geology and Mineral Resources, in compliance with the Industrial standards.

XBSL Vertical Sand Pump is operated by rolling bearings on the solid connecting impeller at the lower end of pump body, bearing choke and vertical shaft. The both ends of bearing choke are compressed by gland and rolling bearing and lube oil for bearing shall be sealed off without leakage. Electric motor and its support are installed in the pump to be operational by triangle belt driving impeller in pump room and to force out slurry using pressure of impeller. A centrifugal wheel is provided on the main shaft to prevent ore sand from being infiltrated into the bearings.
