離心選礦機適用于-200目金屬礦山的細泥,鎢錫、鉭鈮、稀土礦、銅、鉛、鋅礦。
This centrifugal separator is used for fine silt, tungsten and tin, formanite, rare-earth metal ore, copper, lead, zinc ores in metal mines of -200 meshes.

主機包括轉(zhuǎn)鼓、底盤、給礦器、給礦嘴(上、下兩個)、沖礦嘴、接礦槽、分礦器等。

離心選礦機間斷工作,但斷礦、沖礦和分排精礦卻是由指揮和執(zhí)行機構自動進行的。指揮機構為一時間繼電器,在規(guī)定時間內(nèi)通人或切斷電流。執(zhí)行機構包括給礦斗中的斷礦管、控制沖洗水的三通閥和皮膜閥,精尾礦換向排送的分礦器。它們分別由電磁鐵帶動動作。當達至規(guī)定的選別時間時,斷礦管擺向回流管一側,礦漿不再進入轉(zhuǎn)鼓內(nèi)。同時,三通閥將低壓水路切斷,皮膜閥上部的封閉水壓被撤除,于是高壓水即通過皮膜閥時入轉(zhuǎn)鼓內(nèi)。此時下部的分礦器也擺動到精礦管一側,將沖洗下來的精礦導入精礦管道內(nèi)。等待沖洗完畢,各執(zhí)行機構分別恢復原位,繼續(xù)對給礦進行分選。
The centrifugal separator works intermittently, but the cutting, flushing, and separation of ores are automatically performed by the command mechanism and actuating mechanism. The command mechanism is a time relay which connects and disconnects power supply within specified time. The actuating mechanism includes ore cutting pipe in the feeding hopper, three-way valve and membrana dermalis valve that control flushing water, and ore divider that concentrate and tailing are discharged in different directions. They are driven to operate respectively by electromagnet. When specified separation time is reached, the ore breaking pipe swings to the one side of the return pipe and the slurry no longer enters the drum. At the same time, the three-way valve cuts off the low pressure waterway. The closed water pressure on the membrana dermalis valve is removed. Then when the high pressure water passes the membrena dermalis valve, it enters the drum. At this time, the ore distributing device also swings to the one side of the concentrate pipe and lead the flushed concentrate into the concentrate pipe. After flushing is finished, each actuating mechanism respectively restores the original positions and continues to separate the feeding ores.
