磁力脫水槽是一種利用礦石的比重差和磁性弱的不同,及礦物干涉沉降的作用,使含鐵礦物與脈石分離并能使礦物進(jìn)行脫泥和濃縮的選礦試驗室設(shè)備。本產(chǎn)品由原地礦部唯一指定企業(yè)生產(chǎn),執(zhí)行行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
磁力脫水槽是用固體粒子的重力大小來選別有用礦物。為了加強(qiáng)選別效果而增設(shè)了磁力系統(tǒng),使輕而細(xì)小的磁性有用礦物粒子受磁力作用而互相吸引,團(tuán)聚成為大粒,從礦泥中選出,并在錐端磁場吸引下和粗粒的精礦一起迅速降落。這樣不但達(dá)到了選別目的,而且強(qiáng)化了選別過程。
磁力脫水槽的外形與圓錐分極機(jī)很相似,其不同在于錐形箱上加設(shè)一套磁力系統(tǒng),其外形如圖所示。
礦漿由錐形斗1給入,通過錐形斗,經(jīng)錐形鐵芯2,并與由擋水板3流入的清水匯合而形成逆流,此時線圈產(chǎn)生磁力線通過外桶體4和錐形鐵芯2的下端在錐形桶的底部造成較強(qiáng)的尖端磁場,由錐形斗下落的逆升的礦漿受到磁力吸引使較細(xì)的磁性礦粒團(tuán)聚成大粒和重的粒子一起借重力沉降底部,并從排礦口5自然排出,輕而細(xì)小的弱磁性的微粒子則借上升水流作用,從桶體的上部排出至溢流槽而成為尾砂。
Magnetic Dewatering Tank is a lab. mineral processing facility by use of differences of specific gravity of minerals and weak magnetism and hindered settling action, allowing separation of iron bearing mineral from gangue and desliming and concentration of minerials. The product is made by the only manufacturer designated by the former Ministry of Geology and Mineral Resources, in compliance with the Industrial standards.
Magnetic Dewatering Tank is to separate useful minerals using magnitude of gravity of solid particles. Addition of magnetic system to increase separation effect brings about mutual absorptions of useful light and fine minerals with the action of magnetic force and aggregates large size grains before being separate out from slimes and dropping rapidly together with coarse concentrates by absorption of conical end magnetic fields. Consequently, the objective of separation is achieved and the separation process strengthened.What is different is that a magnetic system is added on the conical box as shown in Fig.below:

Slurry is fed by Conical Hopper 1 and converged with fresh water from eliminator 3 through the conical hopper and conical iron core 2 to create counter flow and meanwhile, magnetic lines of force produced by coils develop strong tip magnetic fields at the bottom of the conical drum through the external cone 4 and the conical iron core at its lower end. Slurry of the counter flow dropped by the conical hopper is subject to magnetic force to aggregate fine and magnetic mineral particles with heavy grains in sedimentation to the bottom by gravity before being discharged naturally via Discharge Opening 5. The fine and weal-intensity magnetic microparticles are drained to Overflow Tank by the action of upward water flow through the upper cone as tailings.
