Laboratory CGSL vertical ring pulsation high gradient electromagnetic separator (“CGSL electromagnetic separator” for short) is used for wet separation of various weakly magnetic metal minerals such as finely grinded oxidized iron ores (such as hematite, limonite, siderite), manganese ores, titanic iron ores, and wolframite with the size of 1.3mm (those with 200 meshes account for 30% to 100%), as well as the separation of wolframite from scheelite, as well as separation of wolframite from cassiterite. It is also used to the deironing of nonmetallic ores such as quartz, feldspar, and nepheline ores. Its swivel rotates vertically, recoils concentrate, and is equipped with pulsing mechanism. CGSL electromagnetic separator fundamentally solves the worldwide technical problem that blockage often occurs in horizontal ring high intensity magnetic separators and horizontal ring high gradient magnetic separators. CGSL磁選機采用轉環立式旋轉方式,對于每一組磁介質而言,沖洗精礦的方向與給礦方向相反,粗顆粒不必穿過磁介質堆便可沖洗出來,從而有效地防止了磁介質堵塞。
CGSL electromagnetic separator adopts the rotation method of vertical rotation of swivel. For every group of magnetic medium, the direction of concentrate flushing is opposite to the direction of ore feeding. The coarse grains can be flushed without passing the magnetic media, so as to effectively prevent blockage of magnetic media.
