Laboratory Sealed Disk Crusher and Vertical Pulverizer are applicable to comminution of coal, bauxite and other materials in labs of mine, coal preparation plant, coking plant, power plant, chemical plant, research institute and institutions of higher learning for making samples instead of grinding samples manually. 本機器主要是由機體、底座、主軸、動磨盤、固定磨盤、端蓋上蓋及料斗等構成。經三角帶將動力傳給皮帶輪帶動主軸旋轉,使動磨盤固定磨盤相對運動,從而使試樣粉碎。出料粒度可通過手輪,主軸等調整磨盤間隙達到控制粒度的目的。
This machine is mainly composed of body, base, main shaft, dynamic grinding disk, stationary grinding disk, upper end cover and hopper. It transmits the power through the V-belt to be pulley which then drives the rotation of the main shaft, to allow relative motion between the dynamic grinding disk and the stationary grinding disk and further to crush samples. The granule sizes of discharging materials can be controlled when the gap between the grinding disks is adjusted through hand wheel, main shaft, etc.
機體安裝于底座之上,它的傳動部分有傳動軸、軸承、動磨盤、皮帶輪組成,工作室由端蓋、調節軸、固定磨盤、動磨盤,進料口組成。
The machine body is installed above the base. Its transmission part consists of transmission shaft, bearing, dynamic grinding disk, and belt pulley while the working chamber consists of end cover, regulating shaft, stationary grinding disk, dynamic grinding disk, and feed inlet.
物料粉碎在工作室內進行,物料從端蓋上方的進料口加入,進入兩磨盤中間,由于擠壓作用使試樣粉碎,粉碎后試樣從兩磨盤中間的間隙內流出,落到下面的料斗中。
Materials are crushed in the working chamber. Materials are added from the feed inlet on the top of the end cover and go into the middle of two grinding disks. Under the squeezing action, the samples are crushed. The crushed samples flow out from the gap in the middle of two grinding disks and fall onto the hopper below.
調節機構的原理是:旋轉手輪,使用權調節軸前進或后退,從而調節了兩磨盤的間隙,調節了物料的粒度。
he working principle of regulating machanism: Turn the hand wheel to move the regulating shaft forward or backward, so as to adjust the gap between two grinding disks and the granule size of materials.
