一、設(shè)備主要結(jié)構(gòu)及工作原理
I. Main Structure and Working Principle
本機(jī)主要由機(jī)體、動(dòng)顎、偏心軸、顎板、飛輪、皮帶輪、活動(dòng)部件、電動(dòng)機(jī)、進(jìn)料斗、接料斗等另部件組成。
This machine is mainly composed of machine body, moving jaw, eccentric shaft, jaw plate, flywheel, belt pulley, moving part, motor, feed hopper and receiving hopper.
運(yùn)動(dòng)由電動(dòng)機(jī)皮帶輪三角通過(guò)皮帶皮帶輪傳動(dòng)偏心軸,使動(dòng)顎按照已調(diào)整好的軌跡進(jìn)行運(yùn)動(dòng),從而將破碎腔內(nèi)的物料進(jìn)行破碎。
The three angles of motor pulley drive the eccentric shaft through the belt pulley to get the moving jaw to move along the already adjusted track, so as to crush the materials in the crushing chamber.
機(jī)提系整體鋼結(jié)構(gòu),前壁上裝有固定顎板。在破碎腔左右的機(jī)架側(cè)壁上裝有邊護(hù)板以防機(jī)架側(cè)壁的磨損。
The machine body is all steel structure. Fixed jaw plate is mounted on its front wall. Edge plates are mounted on the side wall of frame on the left and right of crushing chamber, to prevent the abrasion of side wall of frame.
動(dòng)顎為一成型的鑄造件,正面裝有活動(dòng)顎板。其上部借偏心軸與滾動(dòng)軸承懸掛在機(jī)架上,下部支承在活動(dòng)部件上,并與活動(dòng)部件成滾動(dòng)接觸。在偏心軸兩端裝有飛輪和帶槽的皮帶輪。機(jī)體連接機(jī)座,電動(dòng)機(jī)滑道用螺栓固定在機(jī)座上。
The moving jaw is a molded casting part. On its front are installed active jaw plates. On its top, the eccentric shaft and rolling bearings hang over the frame. Its bottom is supported on the moving parts and is in rolling contact with the moving parts. At the two ends of the eccentric shaft are installed flywheel and pulley with groove. The machine body is connected to the machine base and the slideway of the motor is fixed onto the machine base with bolts.
在動(dòng)顎的支撐系統(tǒng)中,有鉚銷聯(lián)接裝置,當(dāng)破碎物中混有不能破碎的硬物(如鐵塊等)時(shí),即破碎機(jī)在超負(fù)載的情況下,鉚銷會(huì)迅速斷裂,起著保險(xiǎn)作用,保護(hù)破碎機(jī)其它重要機(jī)件不受損傷。
The supporting system of moving jaw is equipped with riveting pin connection device. When there are hard objects that can not be crushed (e.g. pieces of iron) in the materials being crushed, i.e. the crusher is overloaded, the rivering pin will rupture rapidly, playing a protective role, to keep other important parts of crusher from being damaged.
在機(jī)器左邊裝有帶調(diào)整節(jié)距的把手,此把手是調(diào)節(jié)排料口大小的。通過(guò)調(diào)節(jié)把手,可調(diào)整排料口間距。同時(shí)在顎板磨損時(shí),通過(guò)該把手的調(diào)節(jié),對(duì)排料口間距進(jìn)行補(bǔ)償。
A handle equipped with the function of pitch adjustment is installed on the left of the machine. This handle is used to adjust the size of discharge opening. The gap between the discharge openings can be adjusted through the adjustment of handle. In addition, when the jaw plate is abraded, the gap between discharge openings can be compensated through the adjustment of the handle.
